This 3 hour Come Try Rowing session is intended to introduce the sport of rowing to the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community in a fun and relaxed environment.

·  Equipment overview

·  Water and rowing safety overview

·  Intro to the basics of the rowing stroke on Ergs

·  Intro to on water rowing in stable open water coxed quads
