Canadian Sculling Marathon (CSM) Training

This informal training is offered Mondays from June 13 to August 22 (holiday Mondays excluded) to help members prepare for the CSM 21 km/42 km marathon at the end of August. Using boats that may be used in the actual CSM, participants build up endurance, improve technique and synchronicity.
