Celebrate the Month of Pride at the ONEC Time Trials. RSVP to the Time Trials on June 30th (5:45 AM) and you'll be assigned a particular colour to wear. We'll line up along on the dock and create a PRIDE Rainbow in support of love, diversity and freedom.

ABOUT TIME TRIALS
Coaches: Sherry Dolan & John Moore
Pre-requisite: Completion of Step and confiendent in crossing the river to Kettle Island
Time trials will be running for 2022. These are not a race but rather an opportunity to monitor your progress throughout the season and a way to stay true to your goals. Aim for a personal best and improvement over your last time at each session. First session will be held on June 30th and will be in honour of Pride Month - see more details & map at the end of this post. Launch from the docks at 6:00AM (waterfront for 5:45).
