Time to get out your running shoes, or buy a new pair? Every Saturday morning at 8 AM we'll head out for a Jog along the river. We'll be leaving from the NCC Parking lot #5 by ONEC or the Mill Street Brew Pub Parking Lot. Open to suggestions for other starting points.

Ready for a run? These are planned as light jogs, with intervals of walking / jogging / running. Dynamic warm up and after jog stretching session.
