What a great first crew day!

COOPERATION is key in crew rowing. Find that middle ground where we can work most efficiently. Cooperation is something ONEC has in spades!

When future crew workouts are posted please reply in the chat if you are attending. We can then book the correct boats. There will soon be more doubles and quads to play with.

Next week, I work evening shift so I can only row Monday morning. Feel free to join me then or continue on Tuesday with the posted drills.
