Masters Practice will be dependent on weather. Currently the forecast shows a 60% risk of scattered thunderstorms with moderate winds (11 km/hr with 20km/hr gusts).
The call for go-no-go will be made at the waterfront tomorrow morning.
We will be dividing into two groups.
1) John and Sherry's Coach Evaluation
Brad (RCA Coach Evaluator) - Coach boat
John - Coach boat
Sherry - Coach boat
Brad's Son - Blue Heron
Liza - Richard V
Louise S - New Boat
Matthew G - Wintech 24
2) Masters Row with Guest Coach Catherine Holden
For those signed up for tomorrow's practice we'll be doing one of our popular practices from earlier in the Season - Focus is on proper body positioning at the Entry and Finish followed by the concept of "staying on your circle" to help with boat balance.
And... Our last Video Monday...
It's the last video - number 5 covers how to align a crew with both men and women rowing together.
As masters we frequently mix the sexes and we also often have taller and shorter people in the same boat. Setting the boat up so everyone can have a good row is a skill.
Now you'll know how to do this.
Hi John. I will have to miss tomorrow. Next time.
