Tomorrow morning we’ll be doing a Fartlek (varying speed) workout - Kermit leapfrog style (in groups of two). Wind is 15 km/hr NE with gusts of 23 km/hr so be prepared to go for a jog along the river as an alternative (bring your runners). Is a cool morning.

My jogging is a problem these days as I have a pinched nerve in my right leg. We will see what I can do...
