Stroke Power & Stroke Efficiency
Watch the Faster Masters Video below (start at minute 13:00) and then review the Practice plan below. Then download the resource for August strength training options that can complement your rowing goals and overall fitness. Another important aspect of your general well being is balance (rowing is great for this). In addition to the sport of rowing, you can improve balance through various balance exercises. I've attached the Faster Masters Balance Exercises for August below.
