In preparation for Burnstown, we’re going to be doing some endurance boosting workouts.
Each day this week, we’ll post a new endurance row with a specific head race day focus. For Tuesday’s practice we’ll be focusing on snappy (quick) catches since we’ll be rowing with the current at the Head of the Madawaska.
