1)Stationary push pull drill: backing from squared release position to entry position
2)Top quarter or legs only rowing.
3)Racing starts without stopping: half, half 3/4, full them 10 to lengthen, and repeat without stopping the boat.
4)Racing turn around the buoy at the marina
5)Power peice from pillar to metal retaining wall on Kettle.
Oh my, backing and racing turns....could be a good morning for a swim!
