Our ONEC Camp Counsellors are often ONEC camp graduates themselves and are very familiar with the Ottawa River and its safety requirements.  They are also trained in their individual sports, ensuring we are providing high quality instruction in a friendly and accepting environment.

ONEC is looking to hire Instructors for its community Youth Camp programming. We are one of the oldest boating clubs in Canada dating back to 1883.  Our vision is to be the best and friendliest non-profit, volunteer, and community-based recreation and training summer sports club in Ottawa.  Our Instructors receive competitive salaries and a full ONEC membership!
 

We are also looking to hire pavilion staff for tennis, who will be responsible for maintenance of courts, answering questions from members and the public by phone and in-person, and serving food and drink at our licensed canteen.

Dependent on Canada Summer Job Grant approval, we are also looking to hire a Marketing and Communications assistant.
