Calling all rowers! 

Learn how to steer a quad boat, coxing terminology, and become confident launching and docking a bigger boat. Coxing is a requirement when touring with ONEC or Ontario Adventure Rowing - everyone is expected to take a turn!

In this clinic you will learn the ins and outs of coxing in a familiar environment, so you can confidently step-in when called to take your turn on a tour or quad row. 

This is a practical clinic so come dressed appropriately. 

An information package will be provided prior to the clinic. Participants are expected to review the information prior to the clinic so on-water practice time can be maximised.
