About the Event
The Lachine Rowing Club invites you to participate in its annual regatta "Défi du Canal de Lachine" which takes place every year in May. This long distance race is 5 km long and is open to all categories (skiffs, doubles, quads, fours and eights). The race starts near the Monk Boulevard Bridge in LaSalle (Lock #4) and ends near 6th Avenue in Lachine (Lock #5). Each year, as spring approaches, we invite all rowing clubs to participate in this very popular annual regatta. Stay tuned for more information! The following video gives you an overview of the 5 km course in detail.
