REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Practical intro to kayaking along the ONEC waterfront focusing on safe dock entries and exits, basic paddle strokes and including an excursion to the Rideau Falls (weather permitting).
The clinic will be delivered by Nanook Expeditions
Masks are required to be on person at all times - buffs count for masks when near/on water or docks
Closed toe footwear is required i.e. no flip flops
Bring a change of clothes - you will be getting wet
Bring water
Bring your personal PFD
