About the Event
This program is for novice rowers that have graduated from the Learn to Row sessions and want to improve their technique and fitness before signing on with the Masters Program or taking Learn to Row: Racing Shells.
Emphasis is placed on:
Brief review of safety elements and navigation patterns
Identifying a correctly rigged boat, which is fundamental for learning good technique and improving boat feel
