Our new Rowing Director would like to have a clear objective from the membership on what ONEC Rowing should look like over the next few years. Members are invited to a business planning and prioritization session to discuss what's working, what isn't, and ideas on how to improve things. Members will have the opportunity to voice their priorities and propose ideas to address the challenges we are facing. This will be an ongoing conversation!

Between now and October 20th, look around the club and think about how you would answer these three questions: what is going well, what isn't and what ideas do you have to improve things. If you can't attend but want to participate, email Catherine Holden (catherine_h_@hotmail.com) your thoughts and she will ensure they are communicated and incorporated in the discussion.
