We'll be dropping the last Chapter of the 'Faster Five Philosophy' e-book on Mon, July 25th. So far we've released: Technique, Bladework, Stroke Power and Racing. The final chapter is on Fitness Assessments.

Upcoming Events
Guest Coaches: We're working on getting our next guest coach, this time from ORC. Stay tuned for more details and a date.
Guest Speaker: We're working on getting an Ottawa based Row Ontario Umpire to go through what to expect at a rowing regatta and cover some of the important rules of racing.
Club Visit: We're working with Burnstown Rowing club to set up a visit to their boathouse and go out for a tour of the Head of the Madawaska course. Fill out the poll to let us know what date you'd prefer to attend (see separate post).
