Here it is... First Coached Row of the 2022 Season.
Expect a light & social row as we're just getting started. The focus of our first practice will be on good body posture - we want you to show us your best rowing form... cause we're going to video your best 5 strokes (no pressure!) 😅
We want you to keep your video for the season since we'll be doing an end of season Coached Video session for comparison. Let us know if you're not quite up for a video recording of your rowing just yet... but rest assured we'll keep your video private and only forward to you personally.
We'll follow up on Thursday with some drills to help with good rowing posture (Theme of the week? Good Posture!). Thursday's practice will be posted this weekend.
