Flexibility and core strength

Hi folks.

It is spring and time to limber up for the rowing season. Here is a photo of a checklist I quoted this fall. Yoga for Rowers. I do this set of moves faily regularly. I think about which muscles are working in each move that work during the parts of the stroke. Please forgive the old terminology.
