Sadly this will be the last week of early morning masters. 630 shove off.
The sun is rising later and so must we. There won't be enough time to row and still make it to work on time.
Perhaps we can get together in the evenings over the next few weeks.
This Thursday the crews training for the Head of the Trent will get their last practice in. So there won't be direct.

Warm up, chopping AND push pulls
Pause drills at various positions
Cutting the cake drill
Catch drill, row just to straight leg and no lean back to emphasize not opening the back to early
