Congrats to everyone who took to an Erg in the month of Rowvember!

Way-to-keep the momentum from the summer season going and staying committed to your fitness goals (not an easy task during the month of November).

Big Thanks goes to Lucy for getting a virtual crew together for this one!

Hopefully we'll be able to connect out on our winter trails soon once the snow comes and stays. In the meantime, keep an eye out for some other options like ORC + ONEC Boathouse Training, zoomERG and Spin classes (details coming soon).

Also, excited to be announcing Alistair's Jan Erg Challenge sign-up is now available over on the Concept2 webpage. Hoping we can get a great showing from our Masters' Crew so that we can row past last year's record. For more info:
