This is a big, exciting Regatta and takes place right in Ottawa - so is a great opportunity to participate or cheer on your fellow ONEC rowers.

The Regatta does have more of a competitive atmosphere but also has a Recreational Category for those who still enjoy the fun of attending a Regatta, meeting their rowing friends from other clubs, but don't want the stress of a competitive race.
