Let's do some off season training this April. Up to 20 of us can take over the Archery Games arena and play dodgeball with arrows. It can teach us focus and grace ......maybe. Cost is about 35$ each. On Sunday, March 15, the Quebec Indoor Rowing Championship will take place in Waterloo, QC, and we would like to invite the ONEC community to come take on the challenge!

The rowing ergometer is already well known in the world for testing power, endurance, and mental toughness. This competition is a great opportunity for your athletes to challenge themselves alongside other performance-driven participants in a dynamic and motivating atmosphere.
Several distances and categories will be offered so that everyone can participate, from recreational to competitive levels. It’s a welcoming, accessible, and highly stimulating event for anyone who enjoys a physical challenge.
