First workout: Just go rowing! We need to shake off the cobwebs.
But pay ATTENTION to the feel of your boat.
How is your balance? It's okay to row with blades on the water to maximize your balance. Remember what that balance feels like.
2) Listen to your oars entering the water. Make them as silent as possible. No big splash. That way you can't go too deep or enter too early.
3) Listen to your bow wave. That keeps your head up and your attention in the direction of travel.
