I found a pair of black cycling gloves under a seat of the Odawa, at the bottom of the boat. I put them in the equipment room, under the work bench, on the crate that holds the lights.

Approach the dock at an angle just east of the end. It will be easier than coming directly to the corner. This will prevent oars from scraping on the wooden dock.
