On Sunday, March 15, the Quebec Indoor Rowing Championship will take place in Waterloo, QC, and we would like to invite the ONEC community to come take on the challenge!

📍 Location: Centre athlétique La Taule – 95 Picken Street, Waterloo, QC

The rowing ergometer is already well known in the world for testing power, endurance, and mental toughness. This competition is a great opportunity for your athletes to challenge themselves alongside other performance-driven participants in a dynamic and motivating atmosphere.

Several distances and categories will be offered so that everyone can participate, from recreational to competitive levels. It’s a welcoming, accessible, and highly stimulating event for anyone who enjoys a physical challenge.

Rowing friends! If you have ever complained about the docks being unsafe and/or too much work to maintain then we have good news! The club has purchased new-to-us docks in the style/material of the NCC docks. They will be delivered in the spring! Unfortunately now we need to pay for them. :(
