Canadian Navigable Waters Act
The Ottawa New Edinburgh Club hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.
Pursuant to Paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act,
The Ottawa New Edinburgh Club has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under the registry number 8724, a description of the following work:
The Ottawa New Edinburgh Club docks will be moved into the shallow bay about 300 feet west of the National Capital Commission River House for winter storage. They will be will be tied to shore about 20 feet from the normal high water mark and anchored. They will remain in this location from mid-October until about 30 April each year.
The docks will be stored on the Ottawa River, on or adjacent to the western portion of the National Capital Commission water lot in front of Lot A, Junction of Gore formerly in the geographic township of Gloucester, now the City of Ottawa.

Le Ottawa New Edinburgh Club donne avis, par les présentes, qu'une soumission a été ajoutée à la recherche commune de projets (registre en ligne) en vertu de la Loi sur les eaux navigables canadiennes décrite ci-après et de sa description.
Conformément aux paragraphes 4.1 et 9.1 de ladite Loi,
Le Ottawa New Edinburgh Club a déposé auprès du ministre des Transports, dans le Registre commun de recherche de projets (http://cps.canada.ca/) et sous le numéro d'enregistrement 8724, une description de l'ouvrage suivant :
Les quais du Ottawa New Edinburgh Club seront déplacés dans la baie peu profonde à environ 300 pieds à l'ouest de la Maison de la rivière de la Commission de la capitale nationale pour l'entreposage hivernal. Ils seront attachés à la rive à environ 20 pieds de la ligne normale des hautes eaux et ancrés. Ils resteront à cet endroit de la mi-octobre jusqu'au 30 avril de chaque année.
Les quais seront entreposés sur la rivière des Outaouais, sur ou à côté de la partie ouest du lot d'eau de la Commission de la capitale nationale, devant le lot A, Jonction de Gore, anciennement dans le canton géographique de Gloucester, aujourd'hui la Ville d'Ottawa.
