Like many other sports and community organizations in the national capital region and further afield, ONEC is saddened and dismayed at the recent destruction and devastation occurring in Ukraine. The impacts of the conflict are horrifying and far-reaching, and like many in our community, ONEC members are asking what they can do to help Ukraine and support those with connections to the country. ONEC Board members and club members have been taking personal action and we want to share information on some options available to demonstrate your support, including:
Donating to the Canadian Red Cross or the United Nations Refugee Agency in Canada
Supporting the efforts of local community organizations, such as the Ukrainian-Canadian Congress or the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral Hall, in Ottawa.
For those ONEC members who have been impacted by the conflict, especially those with Ukrainian heritage and connections, our thoughts are with you and your families.

Comme beaucoup d'autres organisations sportives et communautaires de la région de la capitale nationale et d'ailleurs, l'ONEC est attristé et consterné par la destruction et la dévastation qui ont eu lieu récemment en Ukraine. Les impacts du conflit sont horribles et d'une grande portée, et comme beaucoup dans notre communauté, les membres de l'ONEC se demandent ce qu'ils peuvent faire pour aider l'Ukraine et soutenir ceux qui ont des liens avec le pays. Soutenir les efforts des organisations communautaires locales, comme le Congrès ukrainien canadien ou la salle de la cathédrale orthodoxe ukrainienne, à Ottawa.
