With training having started on May 28th and two on-=water sessions, it will be time to sit down and build a better understanding on what one must know to be a good sailor and safely enjoy the river. such as:
Training Area
Weather
Boat parts
Rigging
Points of Sails
Right of Way
Capsized
Seamanship
I invite all trainees to show up at the "Sailing Theory" session that will be held on June 12th at 1900. There will be time to ask questions as well. Trainers are welcome to attend as well. I will send the zoom link to all members in the weekly newsletter in the week before the event.
