Skiing this Thursday January 16
Let's meet Thursday 9:30 am at P8 Gatineau Park. Finally we're getting some more snow and with the way the groomers can perform miracles it should be pretty great Thursday. I've been skiing a few times over the last week and the conditions have been really good considering how little snow we've had. Please indicate interest.

Gatineau not recommended today - sigh
No recommended skiing today. So, I'll not be heading out. Thought this might happen, but hoped weather forecast would be off. 😣

Dang! I was at least going to try and do my beginner’s practice laps at the park across the street again this afternoon (went again yesterday, it was fun!). Wouldn’t want to damage my new skis though so I’ll probably just go for a wet winter walk instead.

Beautiful picture, pretty much what I saw when I went out for a 5k ski from P3. Very nice, and recommended really did mean very good trail conditions.
