Only days to go now before rowing wraps for the 2023 season.
A quick recap from a stellar summer:
ONEC “graduated” 18 very competent rowers from the Learn To Row program, got more bums in 2x’s seats, had the most (11) ONEC rowers ever complete the full 42km of the CSM, enjoyed a bountiful number of weekend morning quad rows and coffee, and has seen some amazing performances from our Masters Program, including an impressive men’s quad win at the Head of the Madawaska.
In the past couple of weeks, ONEC rowers also competed at two very successful events to cap off the 2023 season:
Four rowers competed in the women's quad race at the Head of the Trent regatta in Peterborough,
and ONEC rowed two touring quads in the Icicle Chase challenge around Wilson Island in the Trent River (Icicles not included this year).
