When getting into sailing requires one to developed on-water skills, there is a lots of knowledge that need to be acquired to be a well rounded sailor. The attached document is a work in progress to provide ONEC members the knowledge they required to become proficient sailors ! Annex A of the document also provide knowledge in regards to the use of the power boats.
