Warm up, backing out of the dock. Breaking down the stroke from arms only as you cross the river.
Push pulls, but just back to the half stroke position.
Pause drill at 90. Control the slide as you head back to the entry position.
Pause drill cutting the cake. While keeping your oars off the water, move the handles up through arms and body pivot, back to the finish, then up to the entry.
Running starts. Half, half , 3/4's, full, 10 strokes hard and 10 strokes to lengthen. Then repeat down to the marina without stopping.
Row as far as the time allows.
On the way back pair up with someone of similar skill and "sprint" from the stone pillar to the metal berm on Kettle. Use your start skills.
Row it out.
