Monday evening is looking sunny but a little cool (19C and potentially dropping to 17C) and windy for the first hour. You may want to bring some layers to warm up or cool down as needed

Depending on how windy it is, we can head upstream to rideau falls and if we're feeling strong we can head up to Parliament. Or if the wind is too strong we can head east to the yacht club and back. Either way, both will be good work outs.
