Hey folks, In my book club last year we read an excellent book called Lessons in Chemistry in which rowing features heavily! The main character is a female scientist starting her career in California in the 50s and the challenges she faces BUT rowing features heavily in the book. It is an excellent read. I suggested it to Norma: she loved it and suggested I recommend it here. Enjoy. It's a hoot; there's a talking dog too!
