Can anyone share any resources re: drills that emphasize legs/glutes/core while reducing load on the arms? Looking for drills to do (on water & ERG) when tendinitis acts up in my arm.

Are you keeping your wrists flat while pulling?
Rest for a bit. Don't make it a long term issue.
Then when ready to row super shallow abd light. Keep arms straight as long as possible so the load doesn't land in your wrist or elbow.
