Hello ONEC,

The Masters group is competing at the Head of the Rideau River on Sunday, September 28th. Come cheer us on!

It is always a great motivator to pass ONEC cheering squads along the course. The race is down the Rideau, from the starts listed below to the finish line at Mooney's Bay Beach.

In Race 1:

Elise Tatone and Jenn Metcalf,

Sheila Perry and Michelle Pradier

Start a 3km race at 845 am just up river from the train bridge in doubles.

In Race 5:

Elise Tatone and David Lewis

Start a 5km Race at 2:45 pm just down river from Black Rapids locks in a double.

In Race 6:

Sherry Dolan, Lucy Askham, Susan Smith, and Christina Albers start the 5 km Race at

3:45 pm from Black Rapids in the quad. We stand out in our red New Horizons.
