At River House today
Rough water, whitecaps on the River today. Temperatue is actually lower than 1 week ago. Water level has risen since the metal staircase was lowered, wedging one wheel outside the dock. But lots of time for things to turn around next week!

Yeah…when those born sporting down jackets are finding it too chilly, it doesn’t bode well for us! My attempt at a positive reframe is: well, maybe cooler temps aren’t such a terrible thing in this era of global warming…or, maybe this is the price we’re paying for having had such a great ski season…🤷♀️
