Reminder of the Traffic Patterns
Hi all! It has come to my attention that some folks are unsure of the traffic patterns up the Gatineau River. Please remind yourself of the traffic patterns below:
As you go up the Gatineau stay to the Eastern shore and come back towards the Ottawa River on the Western side. (Please note: The CSM traffic patterns are different and are only valid on the day of the event).

By the way, what is the meaning of the intermediate and advanced designations, in this context? Estimated speed? A test? I want to know when it's appropriate to attempt longer routes.
