Rowing Access Moving Forward
Hello Rowers,
Dock Opening
The dock is now open for business. As a reminder, space is currently limited. We are exploring options to increase our capacity, but pack your patience.
Tomorrow is scheduled to be a busy day due to the Hot Air Balloon tour and a high volume of rowing members. To ensure a smooth operation, please review the following guidelines:
Prep Before Launch: Please complete as much preparation as possible before putting your boat in the water. i.e. Adjust your feet on a stretcher or wait until on the water.
Expect Delays: Anticipate longer wait times than usual to launch. Come prepared for delays.
Teamwork: Moving boats, particularly the larger shells, will be challenging. The high safety fences cannot be removed due to liability requirements. Members will be required to assist one another with launching and docking to ensure safety and efficiency.
Volunteer Request for Dock Realignment
Attached is a photograph of our current configuration. We have received confirmation to readjust the docks tomorrow and we will need volunteers to assist with the process. The adjustments will take place immediately after the quads return. If you have the flexibility to stay behind and lend a hand, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

A big thank you to Susan Smith and everyone who worked on this project for the last two days!!!
