Morning lights!
Calling all early birds.....
Sunrise is now around 5:45 am, which means if you are launching at 6 am you should have a bow light on your boat!
Here are some helpful reminders for visibility:
Don't go out in the dark.
Within 30 minutes before sunset (dusk) or 30 minutes after sunrise (dawn) you should carry lights and wear visible colours - I know everyone loves their neon!
Bow lights can be slid into the slot for the bow number (Never taped or glued). They can either be red/green or solid white lights
Singles and stroke seat (double) should have a headlamp
Quad rowers should each have a light - think headlamp or other light worn around the neck
This year we have some re-chargeable lights that can be borrowed for the boats - they can be found near the safety kits in a box labeled 'Bow Lights'
