Oil spill Kettle Island
There was a film of oil on the surface of the Kettle island channel. It was over a large area downstream of a construction site and crane. Rowed through it this morning at 0600. Nasty fumes. Smells like diese to me. Let me know if you have any ideas on where to report it.

I just spoke to Naomi at Riverkeeper. The Quebec authorities have been notified and the coast guard. Lots of reports from numerous sources apparently. All reports are appreciated.
