Rowing Season Kicks Off

The rowing season kicked off on June 1. Finally! After weeks of high water levels and submerged decks, the boats were transported back to the River House on May 31. Big thanks to all the volunteers who helped with the organization, loading and unloading of boats, and rigging and racking of boats at the River House. Shout out to our master trailer driver Sherry Dolan - no one else wants to drive that thing; and Bern Rochon - our expert dock, deck and rack builder.

Coup d'envoi de la saison d'aviron

La saison d'aviron a débuté le 1er juin. Enfin ! Après des semaines de niveaux d'eau élevés et de ponts submergés, les bateaux ont été ramenés à la River House le 31 mai. Un grand merci à tous les bénévoles qui ont aidé à l'organisation, au chargement et au déchargement des bateaux, ainsi qu'au montage et à la mise en rayon des bateaux à la River House. Un grand merci à notre chauffeur de remorque Sherry Dolan - personne d'autre ne veut conduire cet engin - et à Bern Rochon - notre expert en construction de quais, de ponts et d'étagères.
