Great coached row and rigging session with Roger this morning. Thanks Roger!
With Head Racing season beckoning, it was great to practice those running starts. Looking good everyone!
For Thursday's practice we'll continue along the same theme and work on finding our comfort zone or "slop threshold" as it is known at ONEC Masters practices here on out. We'll also continue preparing for Head Race season with a brand new Faster Masters practice (from the Aug training plan) that works on building endurance and improving VO2 max.

Thanks for a great coached row, John and Roger. I really appreciated the support and encouragement, as well as the new challenges that were offered. The rigging session was also very informative. And the pair of you two together are a laugh riot! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone next Tuesday.
