Great workout at the row this morning despite the dubious 🤨 weather. Thanks to everyone for working as a crew, sticking together and getting back to the dock safely.
Key points from this AM:
1. Hands to sternum (not in high - blades will burry too deep and unbalance your boat; not in low - hands will catch at the finish and the blade will miss water)
2. Not too much or too little layback (check out the video below)
3. Drive with the legs first & connect to to the lower body though engaging the core
4. Accelerate through the hips & engage the glutes to bring that seat along with you
5. Always keep an eye on the weather!
